“Herbal Remedies for Pain Relief” Workshop in Ellsworth

The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center in Ellsworth is offering a free workshop with herbalist Stephanie Tourles titled “Herbal Remedies for Pain Relief” on Thursday, Sept 7, from 11 to 12:30 pm. Tea, coffee, and a healthy vegetarian soup will be served. A free gentle yoga class will also be offered following the workshop 1–2 pm, which everyone is welcome to attend.
