Maine Audubon is holding its 40 Annual Loon Count this Saturday, July 15th. It’s statewide in all the lakes and ponds covered by volunteers. It’s extremely helpful if folks keep motorized watercraft off the water between 7 – 7:30 on Saturday, the 15th.
