Astronomer Richard Lueke will give a talk titled “Cruising the Milky Way” on Thursday, Sept 21 from 4 to 5 pm at the Northeast Harbor Library. Take an image enhanced journey along the Milky Way’s pale river of starlight from Perseus to Sagittarius. Learn about the size of our galaxy, how it was formed and how you can locate its spectacular star clusters, glowing nebulae and more with binoculars or a modest telescope.  For more information, call the library at 276-3333.
