The 3rd Annual Peninsula Harvest Festival is on Saturday, Oct 14, from 11 to 3 pm at Mainescape Garden Shop on South Street in Blue Hill. There will be local vendors sampling and selling food, beer, coffee and lots of other treats. Enjoy live music, crafts and activities for all ages, including a kids area sponsored by Blue Hill Heritage Trust. And don’t forget to enter your creations into the scarecrow contest. Scarecrows can be delivered to Mainescape between Friday, Oct 6, and Friday, Oct 13. Cash prizes from the Christopher Group will be awarded to the Funniest, Scariest and People’s Choice!
