On Monday, Aug 20 at 7 pm at the Moore Community Center, the Ellsworth Garden Club, in support of the Ellsworth green planning process, will host a talk on “Planting in a Post-Wild World” by internationally recognized landscape architect Thomas Rainer. This event is open to the public free of charge and there will be a question-and-answer session to follow with opportunities for discussion of how Rainer’s approach can be applied in Ellsworth and other Downeast communities.
