The SPCA of Hancock County in Trenton is holding its first ever, County-Wide Pet Matchmaking Event on Saturday, September 19th from 10 to 2.  Instead of bringing adoptable SPCA animals to one location, the staff and volunteers are setting up at 5 locations – the Blue Hill Co-Op, Winter Harbor 5 & 10, Cornerstone Gallery in SW Harbor, Kebo Valley Golf Course in Bar Harbor and Jerry’s Hardware in Bucksport.  Each location is a “matchmaking station” and will have its own set of animals that they can match visitors up with as potential adopters.
