Kat Taylor of the Union River Center for Innovation in Ellsworth will give a talk on starting a new business on Thursday, April 26, at 7 pm at the Halcyon Grange in Blue Hill. The Union River Center for Innovation is a business incubator supporting start-ups and entrepreneurs. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
