The Franklin Library will hold their Annual Strawberry Festival on Thur July 11th at the Franklin Library, 13 Main Street, Franklin, from 1 to 4 pm.  The Strawberry Shortcakes are $5 each plus there will be a book sale, basket raffles, vintage table and more.
