To celebrate World Oceans Day, the Shaw Institute (formerly the Marine & Environmental Research Institute) in Blue Hill will open this year’s environmental lecture series on Wed June 6 at 6 pm with a world premiere screening of “Blue: The Day The Sea Changed.” This award-winning feature documentary invokes a stunningly beautiful yet besieged ocean world teetering on the edge of a colossal man-made crisis.
