Walk For Life Fundraiser at Addison Town Hall

The 18th annual Walk for Life, a major fundraiser for the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center, is scheduled for Saturday, May 19.  The race will take off from the Addison Town Hall. As in years past, the event will offer walkers or runners a 1-, 2- or 5-mile route.  There will be a barbecue lunch at the Addison Town Hall and the Masonic hall across the road, face painting, wellness booths, a lobster raffle, a pie sale and a silent auction. Check-in begins at 8 am and the walk takes off at 10. Participants can register online at www.bethwrightwalkforlife.kintera.org or in person at the time of the walk.
