Kelly Hinkle, the event coordinator for Wreaths Across America, will speak on Thursday, Nov 14, at 1 pm at Birch Bay Village Inn, 25 Village Inn Road, Bar Harbor. Hinkle will describe the beginnings of a movement to cover all veterans’ grave markers with a Christmas wreath. This meeting is open to the public, but nonmembers are asked to reserve a seat by emailing rsvp@barharborgardenclub.org or calling 244-1116.
