Husband-and-wife team Josh and Kalindi will show you how to loosen up your tight muscles at the Gatherings in Surry on Monday, March 18th. They'll also lead you through some guided exercises from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The Downeast Family YMCA invites everyone to their Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser, Wednesday, March 13th from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, at the Moore Community Center in Ellsworth. It's 20-dollars for a family of 6 or fewer... or 5-dollars per person, cash or checks only. All proceeds go to support the Downeast Family YMCA's Family Programs.

It'll be an evening of music from Ireland and Scotland at the Union Congregational Church in Ellsworth Falls, Thursday, March 14th. "Dragon of Wortley" will provide the tunes from 6 to 7 pm, and you can also sign up for the "Pot of Gold" giveaway. Admission is by donation. For more info, call 667-3691.

The Ellsworth Community Music Institute holds its next Midday Concert at 1 pm on Friday, March 15th. Heidi Powell and Sylvia Schwartz will be on baroque violins... with Rafael Scheck on cello. It'll take place at the Moore Community Center on State Street in Ellsworth, and admission is free to the public.

The Franklin Veterans Club gets right into the St. Patrick's Day spirit with their 10-dollar Friday meal on March 15th. The kitchen crew will be serving up boiled dinner starting at 5 pm... and that'll be followed by Kevin and Kim hosting the Vets Club Feud Night starting at 7.
