Maine St Andrew’s Pipes and Drums presents a program of Scottish bagpipe and drum music on Sat Aug 4 at 7 pm at Hammond Hall in Winter Harbor. They proudly wear the Maine State Tartan and have been a most popular performer at the Schoodic Arts Festival in past years. Admission is $10.
