The Franklin Veterans Club is sponsoring a Salute Ride to benefit the Maine Veterans Project on Saturday, June 23. Registration starts at 8:30 am at Tag’s Sports Bar, 248 State Street in Ellsworth with kickstands up at 10. There will be a fish fry from 1 to 3 pm at the Veterans Club following the ride. Admission is $15 for the fish fry. For more information, call 565-2977.
