Soup, Chowder and Cookie Competition at Surry Elementary School

The Surry Community Improvement Association will hold its third annual soup/chowder and cookie competition on Sunday, Feb 18 from 2 to 4 pm at the Surry Elementary School. Sample a variety of soups, chowders and cookies and vote for your favorite soup, chowder and cookie. Prizes will be awarded for Best Soup, Best Chowder, Best Cookie and Best Cookie made by a Youth. A donation of $5 per adult is suggested. There is no limit on the number of cookie entries, but if you have a soup or chowder you would like to enter, call Al (412-0078) or Dave (667-4260) to reserve a space, as there is a limit on the number of soup/chowder entries.
