The Grand in Ellsworth is hosting a Secret Santa Film, which is a screening of a Christmas-themed film to celebrate the holiday season on Wed Dec 6 at 1 pm.   Admission is free.  For more information, call 667-9500 or visit www.grandonline.org.

The Welcome Table is a free community meal hosted by the First Congregational Church of Ellsworth.  The next meal is on Wed Dec 6 from 3 to 6 pm.  All are welcome.  For more information, call 479-7294.

A rabies clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec 6, from 4 to 6 pm at the Sullivan town office. The cost is $12. Dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in carriers.

A holiday soup, baked beans and bread supper is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec 6, from 5 to 7 pm at the Somesville Library on Main Street in Somesville. There is no charge for this event, but donations are welcome.

Brooksville Elementary School’s holiday fair and auction is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec 6. The event will start at 6 pm with food sales, crafts, holiday greenery and a cake walk. The auction will begin at 7 pm.
